Lola Rae Crist, is an actress, writer, and former classical ballet dancer from Los Angeles, currently living and studying in Paris, France. She is completing her degree at the American University of Paris, majoring in Film Studies and double minoring in French and Theater.

After many years of intensive ballet training, she changed her focus to acting, launching her career with an appearance in director David Fincher's Academy Award winning film, Mank. Lola is a member of SAG-AFTRA and is currently represented by John Pierce at The Group Management and Rachel Sheedy at INSURGE-ENT.

In addition, Lola has authored and adapted numerous feature length screenplays.

At 15 Lola moved to New York City to train professionally at a classical ballet conservatory and studied at some of the most prestigious ballet schools in the world including: Ellison Ballet, School of American Ballet, Paris Opera Ballet School and Dutch National Ballet. Lola has also won multiple awards through Youth America Grand Prix, the largest international ballet competition in the world, including a gold medal at the Finals at Lincoln Center in New York.
